JUNIOR PROGRAM (Grassroots)
The junior program focuses on the basic fundamentals of conditioning, running technique, balance, and sport specific movements. Implementing the basics at this level, gives the athlete a solid foundation to be successful in high school. This program implements a safe, fun, competitive, and a learning environment that allows the athlete to improve his/her athletic development.
HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
It’s no secret the more speed you have, the better you are going to be at your sport and the more opportunities you’ll have come your way. The High School program incorporates five of the most important specific components TWI believes will build a great base for success. These training components are strength, speed, flexibility, conditioning, and nutrition. TWI also consults with colleges and universities about athletic scholarships for the individual athlete.
COLLEGIATE, PROFESSIONAL,
& ELITE PROGRAM
We all know that training as a collegiate or as a professional athlete in any sport takes a great deal of dedication and commitment to his/her craft. In order to get better results on the playing field, the athlete must find ways to make their best better along with improving on weaknesses during the offseason. This program is tailored for the athletes’ specific training need. A lower athlete-to-coach ratio is implemented to evaluate strengths and weaknesses very closely.
